Overview

QC Copper Strategy

QC Copper is focused on advancing its past-producing Opemiska Copper Mine Complex in the Chapais-Chibougamau region of Quebec.  The company recently announced its robust updated resource estimate showing a 16% increase in contained Copper Equivalent (CuEq) metal, and a 10% increase in CuEq grade. The new pit constrained resource consists of 87.3M tonnes @ 0.93% CuEq Measured & Indicated Mineral Resources and 9.8M tonnes @ 0.59% CuEq Inferred Mineral Resources. Additionally, QC Copper delineated an Out of Pit resource of 10.1M tonnes @ 1.37% CuEq Measured & Indicated Mineral Resources and 1.2M tonnes @ 1.15% CuEq Inferred Mineral Resources.  Opemiska has the highest copper grade of all copper projects in Canada having >1 billion pounds of contained copper.

Given QC Copper and Gold's geologic model and knowledge of existing mineralization, the company sees ample room to grow this Mineral Resource with further exploration and definition drilling.  There are few comparable copper-gold deposits that offer this combination of substantial size, robust grades, and excellent on-site infrastructure all located in the Province of Quebec. This initial Mineral Resource firmly establishes Opemiska as a unique and attractive project backed by a team focused on additional Mineral Resource growth, aggressive exploration of local exploration targets and advancing Opemiska toward future development.

With copper prices increasing, QC Copper remains undervalued and remains an excellent opportunity to get exposure to copper.
